Students are expected to acquire knowledge regarding the origins of Neuropsychology, its specificity and its approach, especially on the study of cognitive functions with neurological validity. The most relevant functions are correspondingly studied. The basic principles of Neuropsychological Assessment are also conveyed as well as presenting different evaluation contexts. Students also acquire basic knowledge regarding the main etiologies of neuropsychological deficits.
