Bio

Is currently a doctoral candidate in Culture Studies at the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, and since 2023 is also Spanish language professor at FCH in the same University. In 2022 he was a fellow researcher at the University Justus Liebig Giessen, Germany. Researcher at CECC, Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Investigador do Centro de Estudos para a Comunicação e a Cultura da Universidade Católica Portuguesa, is currently working on his thesis: Imaginations from the Other Side: Representations of Europe in the Hispanic American Literature in the XX century. He was a member of the Editorial Board in Diffractions, Journal for the Study of Culture at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. His main research topics are literature, migration and possible worlds. He has published articles regarding the influence of fiction in the construction of memory and on the processes of cultural hybridization.
