Assistant Professor

Bio

Has a degree in Psychology (ISPA University)and a  PhD in Biology  (University of Lisbon). Since 2022 she is a guest assistant Professor at PhD programme  Emotion Psychology. Researcher at Centro de Filosofia das Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa (CFCUL), she colaborates in EVORISE project funded by FCT. She is a topic editor of the Frontiers in Psychology special issue The Role of Empathy in Behavioral Change Toward Ethical Consumption. Her main research interests are animal behaviour and alternatives to animal use in biomedical reserach. She published her work in several international journals.
