After the success of the 1st edition of the Lisbon Winter School for the Study of Communication, which brought together more than 70 participants from 14 countries in Lisbon to discuss the relationship between the media and populism, soon the call for applications for the 2020 edition will be launched.

The Lisbon Winter School for the Study of Communication is a joint organization of the PhD in Communication Sciences from FCH and the Research Center for Communication and Culture (CECC), in partnership with the Center for Media@Risk of the Annenberg School for Communication, the London School of Economics & Political Sciences, the Chinese University of Hong Kong and the University of Helsinki. The theme for the 2020 edition will be revealed by the end of February.
