FCH-Católica Assistant Professor, Cátia Reis, conducted a study, published on March 21st, on how Daylight-Saving Time (DST) affects patients with delayed sleep-wake phase disorder, a condition characterized by an inability to fall asleep and wake up at times considered acceptable by most people.
