The Faculty of Human Sciences of the Catholic University of Portugal, in collaboration with the University of Valladolid, is carrying out a study on the nature, causes and consequences of the use of strategic career management behaviors in an Iberian sample of remote workers.
This is an innovative project on the international stage, developed by CRC-W (Catholic Research Center for Psychological, Family and Social Wellbeing).
In this investigation, we will analyze the perception of control over professional goals, organizational support and levels of success and satisfaction.
