This subject introduces a set of theories, concepts and case studies aiming at analysing the relationship between the phenomena of communication, group dynamics and leadership. Understanding the group processes of leadership, from the perspectives both of a member and of a leader of the group; understanding the phenomenon of leadership in its relevance to social and professional life as well as developing the ability to identify the types of leadership best suited to each context, and the ability to work better in groups and to perform under pressure.
