Summary: This project aims to characterize the sleep-wake rhythm before, during, and after the mission, analyzing the interaction between these periods, and to evaluate post-mission recovery in terms of magnitude and temporal evolution; and to determine which factors are positively or negatively associated with greater or lesser disruption of the sleep-wake rhythm during and after the mission.
For a detailed and comprehensive assessment of this dynamic of circadian disruption and subsequent recovery, it is intended to evaluate extrinsic, contextual, behavioral, and biological parameters.
