Social Psychology

5 ECTS / Semester / Portuguese
Students that successfully finish this CU prove able to attain the following Learning Goals (LGs): LG1 – Describe the major developments involved with the origins and independency of social psychology as a discipline. LG2 – Identify and describe in a concise and critical way the main theories, models and paradigms of social psychology. LG3 – Articulate the contributions made by social psychology and its levels of analysis in the understanding of social reality, regarding processes at the intra-individual, inter-individual, group and intergroup levels. LG4 – Understand the usefulness and the application of the main research methodologies in social psychology.
