Ph.D. in Communication Sciences by the University of Minho, she had a Science and Technology Management Scholarship (BGCT) to work at the research center CITCEM from FLUP (Faculty of Arts and Humanities of Porto) from March 2020 to January 2021 and a BGCT to work at ISEP (High Institute of Engineering of Porto) from April 2019 to February 2020. Inês Rebanda Coelho is the main coordinator of the research project “Fictional texts generated by AI: Authorship and Law”, with the University of Graz (Austria) and Soka University (Japan) as the host institutions. She is, also, a jury at ICA (Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual) in two categories related to the application for financial support for the production of cinema and audiovisual works. Her main fields of research include notions of controversial authorship, creative and technical production, and new technologies of promotion and distribution of fictional cinema and television works, Image Rights, Author’s Rights/Copyrights and Related Rights of still and moving images, with publications on these topics in national and international scientific journals and books. She has experience in the departments of production, direction, edition, art and photography direction of cultural, artistic and scientific events, television, cinema, photography and institutional works.
