The Master's degree in Communication Studies at the Faculty of Human Sciences is the best Master's degree in Portugal, in the “Corporate Communications” category, and is among the best in Europe, according to the international agency Eduniversal, which evaluates thousands of Master's degree programs every year.

According to Prof. Catarina Duff Burnay, coordinator of this program, “the presence of this Master's in the list of the best in the world is another step in the consolidation of the program in the areas of Communication and Marketing at national and international level. The innovative curricular offer is combined with excellent teaching, enabling students to develop skills for the increasingly demanding and competitive job market”.

The FCH recently launched the first Master's degree in the area of Communication with double certification in Portugal. Students can thus complete part of their course in Rome, obtaining a diploma from the Universidade Católica Portuguesa and another from LUMSA Università. This leads the Dean of the Faculty of Human Sciences to consider that “the Master's Degree in Communication Studies is now a benchmark in Europe”. Also according to Prof. Nelson Ribeiro, it is “very positive for the course to remain on the prestigious list of the best in the world in the year when new double degrees with European universities and new mobility programs for the United States are starting up”.
