The II Lisbon Spring School in Translation Studies has been taking place at Universidade Católica Portuguesa and the discussions have been focusing on a variety of subjects, from migration, immortality and postcoloniality to embodied translation, translation and media, reception or paratexts (full programme here).
The last day will be spent at Museu Nacional do Teatro e da Dança, where keynote speakers Esperança Bielsa and Theo Hermans will add politics of translation and translation as history to the debate.
The event is jointly organized by CECC (UCP) and CETAPS (NOVA).
