Synopsis
In the 1980s, Pierre Durand (Guillaume Canet) decided to give up his career as a lawyer and devote himself to his great passion: show jumping. With his father's support, he bets on a small horse that everyone ridicules: Jappeloup, a small and unpredictable animal. Little by little, Durand makes great progress, becoming a respected professional. However, when he takes part in the Olympic games in Los Angeles, the result is a major failure. Durand is forced to recognize his weaknesses and try again, with the Seoul Olympics in mind.
