Seminar: Intervention and Social Inovation

3 ECTs / Semester / Portuguese

Students should know and understand the current transformations in the field of social intervention, the current meanings and relevance of social innovation. They should thus be able to identify and apply the rationalities, discussions and practices of social innovation: in theoretical contextualization and critical reflection and in the identification, contextualization and critical analysis of experiences of innovation and social entrepreneurship. This aims to endow both analytical and communication skills regarding the theoretical and practical field in question, the opportunities present and an awareness and diversity of social responses. This therefore seeks to provide students with a theoretical and practical conceptual framework.
