The discipline of Company Law I aims to sensitize students to the role and language of law in the day-to-day business of companies, as well as equip them with legal analysis tools in this area. Being an introductory discipline, it necessarily presupposes the presentation of concepts and notions of law that progressively should promote the acquisition of more complex legal knowledge.
