Organizada pela Faculdade de Ciências Humanas e pelo Center for Media@Risk da Annenberg School for Communication (University of Pennsylvania), em colaboração com a School of Journalism and Communication (Chinese University of Hong Kong), a Annenberg School for Media and Journalism (University of Southern California), a Faculty of Social Sciences (University of Helsinki) e com o apoio da rede Europeaum, a Lisbon Winter School for the Study of Communication proporciona aos alunos a oportunidade de discutir questões centrais da comunicação num ambiente verdadeiramente internacional.

A 5.ª edição da Lisbon Winter School, em 2024/2025, foi dedicada ao tema Media and Fear”, tendo contado com os seguintes oradores:

A 4.ª edição da Lisbon Winter School, em 2023/2024, adoptou uma abordagem comparativa e global do estudo de “Media and Ambivalence” e contou com os seguintes oradores:
