Students will learn a different approach to leading teams or organizations rather than the traditional hierarchical model. The goal of the class will be to encourage creativity and challenge conventional thinking, leaving students  with the understanding that innovative leadership empowers all team members, generating  better outcomes and a motivated and vibrant organization.
