At this multi-disciplinary and international forum, CECC will address food as a vehicle of cultures, with an essential role in the communication and transmission of traditions, in the (re)establishment of peoples and communities throughout time, and in processes of cultural transformation and change.
The event will have a prominent interdisciplinary character and will take place from 6-8 March, at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, in Lisbon.
