Program Description

The Master’s Degree in Communications Studies program correspondingly ensures the learning of a broad set of competences and develop skills that enable the student integration into job markets increasingly demand professionals capable of responding effectively to the new demands for content production and the management of internal and/or external information.

In order to best deepen their knowledge, students become familiarised with the emerging problems and challenges posed by the extensive penetration of new media and communication technologies in today’s societies as well as the resulting new methods and instruments.

This Master’s program is renowned for the high employability rate of its students. This stems from its combination of a solid theoretical training and the application of knowledge to concrete cases in order to boost the autonomy of students in terms of the development of professional projects as well as scientific research.


Professional Opportunities

The professional opportunities arising out of the major Media and Journalism  include the following:

  • Journalism (production and editing for the printed press, audiovisual and online outlets);
  • Content programming and production;
  • Content management.
