Jorge Álvares Foundation Grant

The Jorge Álvares Foundation Grant results from a partnership with the respective foundation and provides for the attribution of two Master’s Degree in Asian Studies student grants. Each grant (€2,500) consists of a 50% reduction in tuition fees in the first two program semesters.

 

Fundação Oriente Award

The Fundação Oriente Award results from a partnership with the respective foundation and correspondingly making an award to a student on the Master’s Degree in Asian Studies run by the Consortium of Asian Studies (Faculty of Human Sciences, Universidade Católica Portuguesa / School of Arts and Humanities, University of Lisbon). The award comes with a monetary sum equivalent to one year’s Master’s Degree in Asian Studies tuition fees (€2,500).

 

International Institute of Macau

The International Institute of Macau Awrd results from a partnership with this entity that provides an award for a Master’s Degree dissertation (on a theme interconnected with China, Macau or Luso-Chinese relations) in Asian Studies at the Consortium of Asian Studies (Faculty of Human Sciences, Universidade Católica Portuguesa /School of Arts and Humanities, University of Lisbon), for each year of this study program. The award corresponds to the publication of the winning dissertation by the International Institute of Macau.

 

"Jorge Welsh, Works of Art" Grant

The Jorge Welsh, Works of Art Grant results from a partnership with Jorge Welsh, Works of Art (Lisbon and London) and awards a grant to a student on the Master’s Degree in Asian Studies. The grant (€2,500) consists of a 50% reduction in tuition fees for the first semesters of the program.
