Helena Cruz Ventura
Helena Cruz Ventura holds a Bachelor Degree on Sociology from ISCTE-IUL (Instituto Superior de Ciências do Trabalho e da Empresa - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa) and is currently a Master Student in Communication Sciences - Media and Journalism. She works as Media and Communications Officer for CECC - Research Centre for Communication and Culture in the Faculty of Human Sciences at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, where she previously worked as Research Assistant.
Helena is working also as a Researcher at CECC - Research Centre for Communication and Culture, on the project Islamophobie savante et médiatique : Étude transnationale des discours et de leur impact with Université Laval - Canada. She is also co-coordinator on the project Mapping of Identified Needs, Existing Resources and Best Practises in Pastoral for Youth Spiritual Formation in a Digital Age in Portugal and Spain, with Fundació Blanquerna (carried out by Blanquerna Observatory on Media, Religion and Culture).
She is working on her Master's thesis and she is a mum of four.
