Sérgio Carvalho Coutinho, winner of the second edition of CECC's book collection Textos Volantes, will be autographing his winning manifesto M.U.L.A.: Manifesto Universal do Livre Afincamento at the Lisbon Book Fair 2024, on June 16th, by 5pm.
