The documentary “A Mouraria Cá e Lá” (11'), produced by Hajer Khader, a PhD student in Culture Studies, has been selected for the CICLOPE – Ciclo de Primeiras Estreias film festival, to be held at Cinema São Jorge.

The film's theme is closely linked to the student's research topic, as it focuses on the origins of the Mouraria neighborhood in Lisbon and addresses collective memory and spaces of “non-memory.”

This documentary will be screened on Saturday, January 24, at 6:00 p.m., in the Manoel de Oliveira Room at Cinema São Jorge. Learn more about the day's program here.
