The Master’s Degree in Philosophy was launched within the objective of complementing the first cycle of studies with the scientific training providing for the acquisition of the competences necessary to the second cycle and hence students correspondingly take up critical and reflective positions within the scope of problems in the relationships between Mind and Body, Philosophic Anthropology, Political Philosophy, Philosophy of the Environment and of Aesthetics alongside the challenges that scientific and technological development elicit in contemporary society.
The Master’s Degree in Philosophy provides a curricular structure composed by a scientific approach that contemplates the fundamental areas of philosophical reflection as well as the level of specialisation ensured by two Thematic Seminars (one in each semester), completed during the second year dedicated to drafting the dissertation.
