This thematic axis integrates research developed in the field of health behaviour change (e.g., sleep, eating, physical activity), promotion of health literacy and healthy lifestyles, in different population groups, such as children, adolescents, young adults and elderly, the latter in a perspective of active aging promotion. Risk perception regarding emerging health risks, in relation to “public health communication”, is also an important topic in this axis, as well as the study of ethical and sustainable practices’ adoption, such as empathy and different emotions, and biopsychosocial approaches on sleep and health, integrating emotional and cognitive processes, as well as biomarkers, and wellbeing measures, among others.
