To analyse and critically reflect on the main features, potentials and limitations of qualitative research methodologies in the Family Sciences; To critically reflect on the different methods of data collection and their suitability to research questions, To deploy NVivo software in qualitative data analysis processes; To recognize the usefulness and need for articulation of qualitative and quantitative methods (mixed methods); To plan a qualitative research project and make decisions regarding the collection and analysis of data; To interpret and properly present the results of qualitative studies.
